Thank you for shopping with Ava’s Dream. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Ava’s Dream does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once an order has been placed.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap and body care products, we cannot restock or resell items after they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Ava’s Dream is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers, including wrong product selections or quantities.

Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Ava’s Dream is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
