Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Ava’s Dream ships within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Ava’s Dream is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Ava’s Dream cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed or shipped.
